The founder of Gunslinger Salsa, Randy Svetlik, has always loved growing peppers and cooking. In 2020 he began making salsa from his extra Serrano peppers and would give jars to friends, neighbors, and family. From 2020 to 2021 he experimented with the recipe, and being an Engineer at NASA, he sought to engineer the perfect salsa. Our salsa brings the perfect blend of flavor, texture, thickness, heat, and smoke.
